Tele2 Dream-Makers Bootcamp

Description in Estonian: Liiga tihti elavad strateegiad paberil või parimal juhul juhtkonna peas.

Description in English: Too often, strategies live on paper or, at best, in the minds of management. Tele2 wanted its new CX-strategy to be embraced by every single person in the company. So we turned an information day into theatre: four acts, real actors, and a stage inside the office. A customer named Dreamer and a colleague named Warehouse showed how the promise comes to life. Every single person in the company took part. In October 2025, customer service satisfaction hit 98.77% – an all-time high.
